Welcome to the official website of the International Indo-Africa B2B Trade Expo & Investment Summit (IIATE).

These Website Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any services provided through it. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, exhibitors, delegates, sponsors, speakers, media representatives, service providers and all other users of this website.

About the Organizers

The International Indo-Africa B2B Trade Expo & Investment Summit (IIATE) is organized by Intercontinental Confederation for Chambers of Commerce & Enterprises (ICCCE), having its registered office at Palam Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi – 110057, India.

The event is managed in Kenya by Quickmarc Ltd, having its registered office at Adams Plaza Building, Muindi Mbingu Street, Nairobi, Kenya.

Throughout these Terms, ICCCE and Quickmarc Ltd are collectively referred to as the "Organizers."

Purpose of the Website

This website has been created to provide information regarding IIATE and related exhibitions, conferences, trade missions, networking events and business promotion activities. The website enables visitors to obtain information, submit enquiries, register for events, apply for exhibition space, request sponsorship information, subscribe to newsletters and communicate with the Organizers.

Submission of any enquiry, registration or application through this website does not constitute acceptance or confirmation by the Organizers. All registrations, applications and bookings remain subject to review and approval.

User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree that all information submitted by you is true, accurate, complete and current. You agree not to impersonate another individual or organization, submit misleading information or use false identities.

Registration and Enquiries

Submission of an enquiry does not create any contractual relationship between the user and the Organizers.

Exhibition space, sponsorship opportunities, delegate registrations and other participation requests are subject to availability and acceptance by the Organizers.

The Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application at their sole discretion without providing reasons.

Payments

Where applicable, participation fees, sponsorship fees or other charges shall be payable in accordance with the applicable quotation, invoice, booking agreement or exhibitor contract.

Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of bookings, suspension of services or withdrawal of participation rights.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed by the Organizers in writing, all registrations, exhibition bookings, sponsorship commitments and other participation fees are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances, including cancellation by the participant, inability to travel, visa refusal, scheduling conflicts, business reasons, medical circumstances or any other personal or commercial reason.

Where an event is postponed, rescheduled or relocated, the Organizers reserve the right to transfer registrations, bookings and payments to the revised event.

Marketing Communications

By submitting any enquiry, registration form or other information through this website, you expressly consent to receiving communications from ICCCE and/or Quickmarc Ltd relating to IIATE, future editions, exhibitions, conferences, trade missions, investment summits, networking events, newsletters, promotional offers, sponsorship opportunities, exhibitor opportunities, business opportunities and other related marketing communications.

These communications may be sent through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, social media messaging platforms or any other lawful communication channel.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. However, communications relating to your registration, participation or contractual obligations may continue where necessary.
